Ingredients

  • 1 lb tri-color spiral pasta
  • 1 cucumber, peeled seeded and chopped
  • 12 lb cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 14 red onion, finely diced
  • sliced ripe olives
  • 14 lb provolone cheese cube
  • 14 lb genoa salami, cubed (buy a 1/2 inch slice from the deli)
  • Italian salad dressing

Method

  • Cook pasta until Aldente.
  • Run cold water over it to cool it off.
  • Return to a large bowl.
  • Add other ingredients mix and enjoy!
  • Can also add other vegetables,meats or whatever you would like as it is a very versitile salad!
