- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp (Delchamps Cajun steamed and peeled-call ahead)
- 1/2 jar pimentos
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 box Uncle Ben's original recipe wild rice
Method
- Cook rice according to the package directions.
- Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter and drain.
- Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
