Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. shrimp (Delchamps Cajun steamed and peeled-call ahead)
  • 1/2 jar pimentos
  • 1 c. minced celery
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1/2 c. minced green bell pepper
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 box Uncle Ben's original recipe wild rice

Method

  • Cook rice according to the package directions.
  • Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter and drain.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
