Ingredients
- 1 pkg. smoked sausage
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 can whole tomatoes, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic
Method
- Fry sausage until almost done.
- Throw onions in; saute.
- Add tomatoes and paste and cook until brown.
- Fill can of paste with water.
- Simmer until cooked.
- Cook 2 cups rice in rice cooker and add to sauce.
