Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- black pepper (ground)
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (healthy request)
- 14 cup nonfat milk
- 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Coat 9x13 baking dish with Pam.
- Place chicken breast in 9x13 baking dish.
- Season chicken with ground black pepper.
- Place a slice of swiss cheese on top of each breast.
- Mix together soup and milk and pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and then drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake covered in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes or until golden brown.
