Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • black pepper (ground)
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup (healthy request)
  • 14 cup nonfat milk
  • 12 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Coat 9x13 baking dish with Pam.
  • Place chicken breast in 9x13 baking dish.
  • Season chicken with ground black pepper.
  • Place a slice of swiss cheese on top of each breast.
  • Mix together soup and milk and pour over chicken.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and then drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake covered in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for 20 more minutes or until golden brown.
