Ingredients
- 5 cups packaged coleslaw mix, use entire package
- 34 cup real mayonnaise, do not substitute, can use light
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 12 cup blue cheese (optional)
Method
- Open up the bag and dump it into a large bowl.
- Combine mayo and milk.
- Pour over cabbage slaw and toss until coated.
- Don't be tempted to add more mayo.
- that can be done later if needed.
- It will not be heavily coated but some moisture will release itself from the cabbage and it will be saucier.
- Chill for at least 60 minutes until ready to serve.
