Ingredients
- 10 oz. heavy or whipping cream
- 7 oz. milk chocolate
Method
- In small saucepan, heat cream until almost boiling.
- Place chopped chocolate in bowl; pour hot cream over it.
- Stir until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth and well-combined.
- Pour mixture into small serving dishes.
- Chill for 2 hours, or until set.
- Serve at room temperature.
