Ingredients
- 1 container (12 Oz. Size) Fresh Blackberries (rinsed And Drained)
- 1/4 cups Granulated Sugar
- 16 ounces, weight Sweet Cream Butter, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 pinches Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
Method
- In a saucepan add blackberries and granulated sugar on low heat. Stir frequently and allow to cook together until fruit breaks down, then set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl add the softened butter, honey, nutmeg and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer on low speed, cream everything together. Add the blackberry mixture (once cooled) and with a spatula, combine well.
- Place in an airtight container (pack it in) and refrigerate!
