Ingredients

  • 1 fillet Chicken thighs
  • 2 small Potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 66 ml Vinegar & sesame sauce
  • 3 pods if you have them Green beans boiled in salt water

Method

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into semi-circles before soaking them in water.
  • Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook it.
  • When both sides of the chicken have browned, add the potatoes along with the vinegar and sesame sauce.
  • Simmer the ingredients over a low heat for 9-10 minutes.
  • Take the lid off the pan, mix the ingredients with the sauce, and cook the sauce down.
  • Then transfer the meat and potatoes to a plate and serve with some diagonally sliced green beans.
