Ingredients
- 1 fillet Chicken thighs
- 2 small Potatoes
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 66 ml Vinegar & sesame sauce
- 3 pods if you have them Green beans boiled in salt water
Method
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into semi-circles before soaking them in water.
- Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook it.
- When both sides of the chicken have browned, add the potatoes along with the vinegar and sesame sauce.
- Simmer the ingredients over a low heat for 9-10 minutes.
- Take the lid off the pan, mix the ingredients with the sauce, and cook the sauce down.
- Then transfer the meat and potatoes to a plate and serve with some diagonally sliced green beans.
