Ingredients

  • 1 lb. peeled medium-sized fresh shrimp
  • 4 oz. angel hair pasta (uncooked)
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 2 small garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. minced basil
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and basil and cook 1 minute.
  • Stir often.
  • Add shrimp, mushrooms and pepper.
  • Cook 5 mintues, stirring occasionally. Serve over angel hair pasta.
  • Yields 2 to 3 servings.
