- 8 Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup large cooked, shelled shrimp
- 1 cup cooked cocktail shirmp
- 1 diced medium cucumber
- 1 chopped bunch cilantro
- 1 diced sweet onion
- 1 can Pato (mexican tomato sauce)
- 2 diced avocados
- 3/4 cup Clamato Juice
- 3/4 tablespoon kosher salt
Method
- Place all incredients, except avocado into large bowl and toss.
- Serve with corn chips.
