Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup or a little more of dark chocolate
  • 2 eggs whites
  • 1 tsp of milk(any kind will do just want something to help the chocolate be a little runny)
  • 1 cream of tartar (optional)

Method

  • First, you need to melt your chocolate, it doesn't really matter how you melt it long as it's melted.
  • Let your melted chocolate cool.
  • In a separate bowl, add your eggs whites (and your cream of Tatar if using it).
  • And whisk the heck out of it until you hold up whisk up and see the egg whites stand.
  • Add your chocolate to your eggs whites and FOLD in the chocolate carefully, then put in the refridgeator for a about 20 minutes to firm up.
  • After 20 minutes, serve immediately or if you're like me, you don't share and eat it out of the bowl!
