Ingredients
- 1 can/jar artichoke hearts
- 1 can pitted black olives
- 1 can pitted green olives
- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
- dried oregano
- 4-6 oz caseri or feta cheese
- 5-6 basil leaves
- 5-6 garlic cloves
Method
- Blend everything together in food processor. A little texture is fine. Best one day after so flavors meld.
