Ingredients
- 2 cans (4-1/4 oz. ea.) shrimp, rinsed & drained
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. green onions, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. sour cream
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- Assorted crackers
Method
- Finely chop the shrimp and place in a bowl.
- Stir in the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
- Serve with crackers.
- Yields 1-1/2 c.
