Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
- 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
- 1 pkg. (5 oz.) tiny shrimp, thawed and well-drained
- 1/4 c. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. cocktail sauce
Method
- Drain three or more cans of sliced water chestnuts.
- Cut bacon long enough to wrap around chestnuts.
- Wrap bacon around chestnuts and fasten with a toothpick.
- Bake at 400° until bacon is done.
- Drain grease.
- Make sauce of equal amounts of white sugar and catsup (one cup of each).
- Heat until sugar is melted.
- Pour over chestnuts.
