Ingredients

  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1/2 stalk celery
  • 5 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 pkg. tiny shell salad macaroni
  • 4 (5 oz.) pkg. small frozen shrimp
  • approximately 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • celery salt
  • onion powder
  • pepper
  • dash of garlic powder

Method

  • In extra large salad bowl:
  • Chop peppers, celery and eggs.
  • Add boiled and drained packages of tiny shell salad macaroni, small frozen shrimp, mayonnaise and sour cream.
  • To season, add generous amounts of celery salt, onion powder, pepper and a dash of garlic powder.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Serve cold.
  • Makes 1 large bowl of salad.
