Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain. In medium size skillet; cook and stir chicken and mushrooms until heated.
- Add cream and heat (do not boil).
- Toss together hot fettuccine, cream mixture, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately on warm platter.
- Makes 6 servings.
