Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccine
  • 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Prepare fettuccine according to package directions; drain. In medium size skillet; cook and stir chicken and mushrooms until heated.
  • Add cream and heat (do not boil).
  • Toss together hot fettuccine, cream mixture, cheese, salt and pepper.
  • Serve immediately on warm platter.
  • Makes 6 servings.
