Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. cooked shrimp; (crab meat, lobster)
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
Method
- Combine seafood and celery in bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.
- Pour over seafood and celery, toss, cover and refrigeratefor 2 hrs.
