Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- celery to taste
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/3 soup can water
- shrimp
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 12 oz. cooked spaghetti
Method
- Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in margarine.
- Add tomatoes, soup and water.
- Heat until bubbly.
- Add shrimp until pink.
- Then add Velveeta cheese and spaghetti.
- Place in a casserole dish.
- Pour soup mixture over and top with grated cheese. Heat in oven at 350° until bubbly.
