Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. frozen peas
- 2 c. finely sliced celery
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. cream or milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Fry hamburger until brown.
- Place in a 1-quart casserole dish. Cover with peas, then celery.
- Mix soup, salt, pepper, milk and onion.
- Pour over the meat.
- Sprinkle with potato chips.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
