Ingredients
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 1/2 tsp. flour
- 3 tsp. catsup
- 3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sherry wine
- 1 c. cream
- 1 lb. shrimp, cooked
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add flour.
- Blend.
- Add cream.
- When sauce thickens, add catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add shrimp.
- Heat well.
- Immediately before serving, add wine.
- Serve over rice or Chinese noodles.
