Ingredients
- 3 lb. pork spareribs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. shoyu
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- garlic and ginger to taste
Method
- Mix ingredients in deep pot and cook until meat is tender, first medium-high until it boils and then simmer.
- Takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
