Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans small shrimp
- 1 can minced clams
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 3/4 c. finely minced celery
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Tabasco
- 1 pkg. Knox gelatine
Method
- Cream together cheese and mayonnaise.
- Drain shrimp and mash. Drain clams, reserving juice.
- Mix all ingredients, except clam juice and gelatine.
- Heat clam juice and Knox gelatine; dissolve. Add to shrimp mixture.
- Pour in mold.
