Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 small pkg. hamburger
  • shells
  • 1 raw egg
  • cottage cheese (full carton)
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • Ragu
  • Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Cook spinach.
  • Brown hamburger and drain.
  • Parboil shells (see back of box) and drain.
  • Mix egg, cottage cheese, 1/2 of browned hamburger, 1/2 of spinach, pepper and garlic salt.
  • Mix all together in medium bowl.
  • Add more meat or spinach (if needed) or egg.
  • Stuff mix with teaspoon into shells and place in 13 x 9-inch brownie pan.
  • Cover with Ragu (open jar in fridge and new jar over oven).
  • Dice Mozzarella and place on top sauce.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
