Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. frozen shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped, or 2 to 3 cans shrimp
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Method
- In saucepan, cream together over low heat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, tomato soup and gelatin.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Pour into mold.
- Chill.
- Serve on crackers or small bread.
