Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 6 Tbsp. canned tomato soup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Cook onion in butter until golden brown, stirring constantly. Add flour and milk; cook until smooth.
- Add rice and shrimp.
- When hot, add seasoning and tomato soup.
