Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Method
- Season chops with salt and pepper.
- Brown chops in oil. Arrange potatoes in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Place chops on top. Mix together soup, milk and onion and pour over chops.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake until cheese melts.
