Ingredients
- 4 1/2 oz. can drained shrimp
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or small pkg. cream cheese, whipped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Can mix lemon juice with mayonnaise or cream cheese using mixer.
- Good as a vegetable dip or with crackers.
