Ingredients
- 1 can salmon, drained and boned
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. dried onion
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- salt to taste (probably not enough)
Method
- Mix all ingredients together with mixer.
- Chill in original bowl.
- Form a ball.
- Roll in 1 1/2 tablespoons Parkay and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
