Ingredients
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 4 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 1/2 sprigs Rosemary
- Salt To Taste
- Olive Oil, As Needed
Method
- Combine ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine.
- Adjust flavors as necessary according to taste.
- You can serve immediately but it tastes better after allowing some time for the flavors to meld so I suggest putting it in the fridge for about 1 hour.
