Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. kosher dill pickle juice
- 1 small to medium size onion, grated
- 1 can shrimp, finely chopped
- scant 1/8 tsp. red pepper
- salt to taste
Method
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
- Cream together all ingredients thoroughly.
- Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or chips.
