Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, cut in half
- 2 boxes Uncle Ben's original wild rice (reserving seasoning packets)
- 2 cans golden mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Put bacon in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with rice from both boxes, reserving seasoning packets.
- Place chicken breasts on rice. Mix soup and water.
- Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with reserved seasoning packets.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serves 8.
