Ingredients
- 16 to 20 oz. Nesco cooked shrimp
- 4 oz. olive oil
- sliced mushrooms
- 1 bay leaf
- 29 oz. tomato puree
- 1 lb. diced onion
- 1 lb. diced green pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 5 tsp. oregano
Method
- Heat puree, oil and spices in a large pot.
- Once simmering, add vegetables.
- Once vegetables are tender, add shrimp.
- Cook until shrimp are thoroughly heated, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve over pasta or rice.
- Serves 6 to 8.
