Ingredients

  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 14 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 14 ounce active dry yeast
  • 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
  • 12 cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • flour, as needed

Method

  • mix milk water and butter then heat until the mixture reaches 130F.
  • add yeast to the milk mixture.
  • add flour and mix until thoroughly combined.
  • knead for 5 min add flour as needed until the dough is no longer sticky.
  • let rise 15 min in 170F oven.
  • divide into 6 rolls in muffin pan.
  • let rise 15 more minutes
  • bake 12 min at 425F.
