Ingredients
- 1 lb. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
- 3 c. flour
Method
- Set butter to soften.
- Knead in sugar until creamy.
- Add flour, mixing with fingers.
- Roll dough (dough will be stiff) and cut cookies with a 2-inch cookie cutter.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Pierce each cookie in center with a table fork. Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Watch carefully!
- Remove just as they have a slight tint.
