Ingredients
- 1 can French style green beans (drained)
- 1 can small English peas (drained)
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 bell pepper - cut in bite size pieces
- 1 large onion (sliced)
- 1 large tomato (diced)
- 2 cucumbers sliced
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Combine vegetables.
- Mix vinegar, oil and sugar and pour over vegetables and let set overnight in refrigerator.
