- 1 can tiny peas
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn
- 1 can French-style green beans
- 1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimientos
- 1 diced purple onion
- 1 diced green pepper
- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of garlic salt
Method
- Mix onion, pepper and celery.
- Add drained peas, corn, pimientos and beans.
- Mix and bring to a boil sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Let this cool and pour over the salad.
- Refrigerate.
