Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 2 c. kidney beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- parsley, salt and pepper
Method
- Brown meat. Place layers of potatoes, onions, celery and beans in a large buttered casserole. Add meat and seasonings. Pour tomato soup over all. Cover and bake at 275° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Carrots are also good in this.
