Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, cut up
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 c. pickled onions
  • 7 Tbsp. cooking sherry
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 6 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Method

  • This sauce will marinate 7 to 10 chicken breasts, so I cut it in half a lot.
  • When grilling, be very careful not to overcook. Ten to 15 minutes for chicken tenders is plenty of time.
  • I found that when grilling these, the tenders do best.
