Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, plus 1 can water
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 small can chopped mushrooms
- 1/3 c. cooking sherry
Method
- Put beef in a 2-quart casserole dish with cover.
- Mix and heat remaining ingredients; pour mixture over beef.
- Cover dish; bake at 325° for 3 hours.
- Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
