Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 3/4 cup White wine (dry vermouth)
- 1/4 cup Parsley (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup parmesan (grated)
- 1 tablespoon Cream
- 1 pound Cavatappi
Method
- Cube sausage and cook with olive oil in saute pan. Set aside
- Melt butter (brown slightly if desired). Add garlic and saute
- Deglaze with wine. Reduce
- Add sausage and cook for 3 minutes or so
- Add cream, parmesan, parsley and cook until slightly thicker
- Combine with pasta and serve
