- 6 Tbsp. instant mashed potato granules
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 4 tsp. diet margarine
- 3 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (5 oz.)
- 1 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup (condensed)
- 1/2 c. frozen peas
- 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- chopped parsley (fresh)
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions using water, skim milk and diet margarine (omit salt called for on package).
- Set aside.
