Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, mashed
  • 1 large can peas, drained
  • 1 large can corn, drained
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Cook the potatoes, then mash them with milk, butter or margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cook the ground beef until brown.
  • Drain and line a casserole dish with the ground beef. Spread the can of corn, then the can of peas.
  • Top with mashed potatoes.
  • Cook in a 350° preheated oven, 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
  • Serves 4 to 6.
