Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, mashed
- 1 large can peas, drained
- 1 large can corn, drained
- 1 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook the potatoes, then mash them with milk, butter or margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook the ground beef until brown.
- Drain and line a casserole dish with the ground beef. Spread the can of corn, then the can of peas.
- Top with mashed potatoes.
- Cook in a 350° preheated oven, 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
- Serves 4 to 6.
