Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. round steak, cut into bite size strips or pieces
- 2 large or 3 medium green peppers, sliced into strips
- 2 large onions, cut in medium wedges
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 3 c. water
Method
- Brown round steak in oil.
- Add green peppers and onions and cook until tender.
- Blend gravy mix and water and pour over meat, peppers and onions.
- Bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
