Ingredients
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced shallots
Method
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk. Gradually add oil, stirring constantly with a whisk; stir in shallots.
