Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz/284 mL) each condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk
- 2 cups frozen broccoli
- 2 cups dry instant white rice
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Extra Crispy Original Coating Mix
Method
- COMBINE soup and milk in 13 x 9 in.
- (3 L) baking dish.
- Stir in broccoli and rice.
- SHAKE chicken in coating mix.
- Place chicken on top of rice.
- BAKE at 400F (200C) for 30 min.
