Ingredients
- 2 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 box crushed Cheez-Its
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients and put into 9 x 13-inch dish.
- Bake, covered, 20 minutes at 350°.
- Melt margarine with Cheez-Its and spread on top.
- Bake uncovered 15 minutes more.
