Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 diced tomato
Method
- Mix ingredients and place in refrigerator overnight.
- Add tomatoes just before serving.
- Serves 4.
