Ingredients
- 3/4 head shredded lettuce
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1/2 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese or firm tofu
- 4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled
Method
- Layer all ingredients and cover.
- Refrigerate 8 hours.
