Ingredients
- 2 cans Niblets corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small can pimento
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Cook onion in oleo until tender; add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix together and bake 30 minutes at 350°.
