Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 head lettuce, chopped
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. chopped red or green onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 9 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled
- 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook peas using package directions; drain.
- Cool.
- Layer lettuce, green onion, celery and peas in 9 x 12-inch dish.
- Spread with mixture of sour cream and mayo.
- Top with crumbled cheese and bacon.
- Chill, covered, until serving time.
